Coaching & Support for Women Healing from Betrayal
You don't have to know exactly what kind of support you need before you begin.
Betrayal can leave you overwhelmed, frightened, and unsure what you need—or what to do next.
Whether the betrayal involves an affair, infidelity, pornography addiction, sex addiction, compulsive sexual behavior, or another form of relational betrayal, you do not have to know exactly what kind of support you need before you begin.
Reflections in the Waves offers several ways to receive support, individually and in community.
You don't have to choose perfectly. We can begin with what feels most supportive right now.
Wherever You Are Today
You don't need to arrive calm, clear, or knowing what comes next.
You may be overwhelmed.
You may be scared.
You may be trying to save your marriage.
You may not know what you want at all.
We can begin there
1. Individual Trauma-Savvy Coaching
A private space centered on you
Individual coaching offers dedicated time to slow down, talk about what you're experiencing, and explore what you may need.
You might come wanting to talk about a recent trigger, something happening in your relationship, anger or grief, a boundary, a difficult decision—or simply how to get through what feels overwhelming today.
You don't need to arrive knowing what you need to work on.
Sessions are 50 minutes and guided by what feels most important to you that day.
Walk & Reflect Coaching
Sometimes sitting still and staring at a screen is the last thing you need.
A Walk & Reflect session offers another way to connect. You can step outside, put in your earbuds, and walk somewhere that feels safe and familiar while we talk.
There is no agenda you need to prepare and nowhere you need to get.
We can talk about what happened, what you discovered, what you are afraid of, what is happening in your relationship, or simply what feels hardest today.
This is not a workout. You set the pace. You can walk slowly, pause, sit down, or stop whenever you need to.
Virtual Walk & Reflect
Join me by phone while you walk in a safe, familiar place near you.
For some women, gentle movement can make it easier to talk, breathe, think, and feel a little less confined by the overwhelm.
In-Person Walk & Reflect
For local clients, limited in-person walking sessions may also be available at a mutually agreed-upon outdoor location.
We can walk, pause, sit, and let the conversation unfold naturally.
Additional resources for our work
When helpful, I may offer Reflections in the Waves™ educational resources, reflection exercises, and worksheets to support what we're exploring together.
These aren't assignments. They're invitations you can use when—and if—they feel supportive.
2. The Waves Community
Ongoing Support & Belonging
Waitlist forming
Betrayal can be profoundly isolating.
The Waves Community is a small, supportive online gathering for women who understand something about what you're carrying.
Come as you are—to talk, listen, reflect, or simply be present.
There is no curriculum to complete and no expectation that you be anywhere other than where you are.
You don't have to carry everything alone.
The Waves Community meets online in a small-group setting for 90 minutes each week.
3. Unleashing Your Power Study Group
A Guided, 13-Week Small-Group Experience
Waitlist forming
Some women appreciate having more structure as they move through healing.
This 13-week study group combines the connection of a small group with guided exploration of the Unleashing Your Power workbook by Carol Juergensen Sheets and Christine Turo-Shields.
Together, we explore topics related to betrayal, safety and stabilization, anger and grief, self-trust, and moving forward.
The curriculum gives us a place to begin, but you remain in charge of your participation.
Structure can offer support without taking away your choice.
You Don't Have to Know Which Path Is Right Yet
If you're not sure which kind of support would feel most helpful, that's okay.
A complimentary Reflection Call gives us a chance to talk about what you're experiencing, what you may need right now, and whether one of these options feels like a good fit.
