Find Clarity & Peace Through our Coaching Services - Your Path to Resilience

Moving partners impacted by intimate betrayal from chaos and despair to peace, resilience, and self-trust.

Reflect. Recover. Rise.

Welcome To Reflections In The Waves

If you are a partner impacted by intimate betrayal, please know this: you are not alone, and your pain is welcome here.

Every survivor's journey is unique. I offer different pathways to Reflect, Recover, and Rise—each designed to provide the safety and structure you need to move from chaos to calm.

Your Safety, Your Control

Healing requires a nervous system that feels secure. In this space, your safety is the highest priority. We move at the speed of your comfort, never pushing past what feels manageable.

You are always in control of the conversation, the pace, and the depth of our work. My role is to provide professional scaffolding that allows you to explore your path without fear of being overwhelmed.

No matter which path you choose, you lead. You set the pace, choose the topics, and decide what feels manageable. I provide guidance and support, but you always know yourself best.

1. Dedicated 1-on-1 Coaching

Immediate & Deep Individual Work

In private sessions, we focus entirely on your specific story and needs. You set the agenda—whether that's processing triggers, setting boundaries, or envisioning your future.

Focus: Moving from paralyzing chaos to grounded, intentional action. Your primary safe haven for crisis stabilization and long-term recovery.

Key Features:

  • 50-minute sessions at your own pace

  • Trauma-informed 1-on-1 support

  • Crisis management and grounding techniques

  • You control the topic, depth, and direction each session

How Sessions Work:

Each session is yours to direct. You share what's most pressing that day—a recent trigger, a decision you're facing, or simply needing safe space. I listen, offer tools and perspectives when helpful, but you decide what resonates and what we explore.

There's no prescribed curriculum. Some sessions focus on crisis stabilization, others on boundary-setting or future visioning. We follow your needs and your wisdom about what you're ready to address.

2. Unleashing Your Power Study Group (online)

Weekly (Tuesday): March 17 - June 9, 2026; 7 - 8:30pm (eastern time)

Find shared strength and a comprehensive roadmap through a deep, guided, and communal dive into the recovery process.

Focus: A structured, curriculum-driven approach using the renowned workbook, Unleashing Your Power (Carol Juergensen Sheets and Christine Turo-Shields). You will find a supportive, structured group environment and a guided walk through this empowering workbook designed to help you find calm and self-trust again..

Key Features:

  • 13 weeks of structured study (90-minute sessions)

  • Small, safe, supportive group

  • Curriculum-driven with the flexibility to engage at your comfort level

  • You choose how deeply to participate and what to share

How It Works:

Each week we explore a chapter together—covering topics focused on safety and stabilization, processing anger and grief, and envisioning your future. The curriculum provides structure, but you choose how deeply you engage with each topic and what you share with the group.

Some weeks you might share extensively; other weeks you might listen. Both are equally valid. The structure provides safety; your choices within it keep it personal.

Ongoing Support & Belonging

Weekly 60-minute gatherings where you can show up exactly as you are. No prescribed curriculum—just consistent connection with others who truly understand.

Focus: Finding consistent support and profound belonging with people who truly "get it."

Key Features:

  • Weekly calls with your closed, small group

  • Safe harbor for continuous emotional support

  • Shared grounding practices

  • The freedom to participate actively or simply be present

How It Works:

Each session begins with you and others sharing what's present that week. Share what feels right, listen when that's what you need, or skip a week when life demands it. Your safe harbor will be waiting.

There's no "right way" to heal, no timeline to meet, and no pressure to be anywhere other than where you are.

3. The Waves Community: Ongoing Support & Belonging (online)

What to Expect When You Begin

1. The Reflection Call: A complimentary, no-pressure conversation to see if we're a good fit.

2. Safety First: In our first session, we establish your "anchor points" to ensure you always feel grounded.

3. Your Custom Path: We collaboratively design a roadmap that honors your unique journey—always at your pace, following your priorities.

Understanding Coaching vs. Therapy

Because your safety is my priority, it is important to understand how we work together. Betrayal Trauma Recovery Coaching is a specialized partnership focused on your present stability and your future growth.

Coaching Traditional Therapy
Primary Focus Present safety, coping skills, and future visioning. Processing past history and clinical diagnosis.
The Goal Action-oriented steps to rebuild self-trust and resilience. Healing underlying psychological disorders.
Structure Peer-led guidance based on trauma-informed training and lived experience. Clinical treatment by a licensed medical professional.

Professional Care: I am a Trauma-Informed Coach and ICF Candidate, not a licensed therapist or medical professional. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental illness and is not a substitute for therapy. If you require clinical mental health treatment, I strongly encourage you to seek out a licensed professional in your area. Our work is a powerful, complementary support to traditional therapy.
