A Gentle Place to Begin
Your Complimentary Reflection Call
You don't have to know exactly what kind of support you need before reaching out.
A Reflection Call is a complimentary 30-minute conversation where we can talk a little about what brings you here, the kind of support you may be looking for, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
There is no expectation that you have everything figured out—and no pressure to make a decision during the call.
We begin where you are.
What Happens During a Reflection Call?
Mostly, we talk.
You can share as much—or as little—about what brings you here as feels comfortable.
I’ll listen, ask a few thoughtful questions, and learn a little about the kind of support you may be looking for.
I’ll also answer your questions about trauma-savvy coaching, my approach, individual coaching, groups, pricing, or anything else you’d like to understand before deciding whether you’d like to work together.
If one of my services seems like it may be supportive, I’ll explain the options available to you. And if I don’t believe I’m the right person—or coaching isn’t the right kind of support—I’ll tell you that too.
This is a conversation—not a coaching session and not a commitment.
You Decide What You Share
You don't need to tell me your entire story.
You don't need to explain or defend the choices you've made.
And you don't need to answer a question you aren't ready to answer.
You are welcome to say:
“I’d rather not talk about that yet.”
“I’m not sure.”
You might be reaching out after an affair, discovery of hidden pornography use, sex addiction or compulsive sexual behavior, or another form of relational betrayal—or you may not have a clear label for what has happened.
The Reflection Call is simply a place for us to begin getting to know one another and explore whether working together feels right to you.

Just come as you are.
You don't have to be sure coaching is right for you.
You may be considering coaching, already working with a therapist and wondering whether coaching could complement that work, or simply trying to understand what kind of support might be helpful.
You don't need to know before we talk.
After the Call
If you decide you'd like to work together, I'll explain the next steps for getting started.
If you'd like some time to think, take it.
And if coaching doesn't feel like what you need right now, that's okay too.
There is no expectation that you make a decision during the call.
Ready to Begin?
You don't need to have the next step figured out.
You only need to decide whether you'd like to have a conversation.
